What moves an estimate
- Number of stakeholder groups and interview availability
- Sensitivity of data (health, justice, financial records raise review depth)
- Whether a prototype already exists and must be audited in place
- Hobart on-site days versus fully remote delivery
- Rush timelines under four weeks for discovery
What we do not sell
Subscription seats, hosted model platforms, or packaged “AI products.” You keep your vendors; we advise on the programming and process decisions around them.
Deposits
Discovery and reviews typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the calendar. Retainers invoice monthly in advance. Workshop fees are due seven days before the session unless a purchase order timeline is agreed.
