Information we collect

- Engagement data: stakeholder names, roles, and business contact details needed to deliver consulting

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. Do not submit sensitive personal information (health records, government identifiers) through the public form unless we have expressly requested a secure channel.
Purposes
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver consulting services, invoice where applicable, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Lawful basis
Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply, we collect information that is reasonably necessary for our functions. For website enquiries, processing is based on your request to be contacted. For engagements, processing is necessary to perform the contract and related legitimate business operations.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement records are retained for seven years for accounting and professional obligations, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised where practicable.
Sharing
We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if enabled) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by Australian law.
International transfers
Some providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
