Once a discovery brief exists, builders still face weekly judgment calls: which retrieval path, how much human review, when to ship a dull form instead of a clever assistant. This retainer puts a consulting engineer in those conversations without taking ownership of your backlog.
Included each month
- Four scheduled office-hour blocks (60–90 minutes)
- Async review of pull requests or design notes within agreed channels
- One written decision memo per month on a contested cut
- Escalation call if a release risks data exposure
Boundaries
We advise; your team commits the code. We do not staff as contractors on your tickets, and we will not rubber-stamp a release we consider unsafe.
