- Failure-mode notes for hallucinations, stale context, and escalation paths
- A build-ready brief with inclusions, exclusions, and suggested delivery shape
- One leadership readout (90 minutes)
What is excluded
Implementation coding, model hosting procurement, and ongoing production support are outside this engagement. Those can follow under build guidance if you want continued counsel while your team builds.
How we work
We begin with a kickoff that freezes the process under study — one process, not a portfolio. Midway we run a fitness workshop so sponsors and builders argue the same facts. We close with the brief and a readout; revisions within five business days are included when they clarify scope rather than expand it.
Duration and delivery
Most engagements run three to five weeks depending on interview access. Delivery is remote across Australia. Teams near Hobart may book a half-day alignment workshop at our office.
Preparation
Before kickoff, nominate a process owner, share two weeks of anonymised examples of the work product, and list systems that already hold the data. If a vendor demo or prototype already exists, include it — we will say plainly whether to keep, gut, or shelve it.
Pricing basis
Fixed fee from AUD 12,500 for a single process with up to eight interviews. Multi-process programmes are quoted separately. See rates for estimate factors.
