Informational site content

Content on this site — including rates, case notes, and service descriptions — is general information. It is not a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work. Prices are informational only; this site does not process payments.

Consulting engagements

Engagements begin only when both parties accept a written scope (email confirmation or signed proposal). Deliverables, timelines, fees, and dependencies are those stated in that scope. Changes require written agreement and may adjust fees or dates.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your confidential materials and pre-existing systems. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables produced for you (briefs, memos, workshop materials) for internal business purposes. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. We may reuse anonymised, non-confidential patterns in future work.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to stakeholders, accurate information, and required approvals. Delays in access may extend timelines without breach on our part.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based solely on site content without an engagement. For paid engagements, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information received during an engagement and use it only for performing the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Tasmania. Courts of Tasmania have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Site use

You may not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping that impairs service, or submitting malicious content through forms). We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
